All of our buildings are built-to-order, per your specifications. STANDARD features listed below are included in all buildings. To customize your building, you can also choose from any of the below CUSTOMIZE options.
STANDARD
ROOF: Gable style roof style, corrugated metal roofing applied over 2”x4” purlins 24” on center (20 colors to choose from)
SIDING: Exterior is rough sawn air dried or kiln dried board and batten siding
COLOR: Exterior stain in earth-tone colors
DOORS: 2 wooden double doors with locking “T” handle & full width larch entry ramp
VENTS: Continuous venting under metal ridge cap
FASTENERS: Galvanized nails
BASE: Built on 4”x6” rough cut larch skids with larch or hemlock floor joists 16” on center
FLOORING: Larch or hemlock planking applied over a moisture barrier
WALLS: 2”x4”, 24” on center, interior side wall height approximately 6’4”
RAFTERS: 2”x6”, 24” on center with 2”x8” ridge board
NOTE: Standard units do not include windows or a porch.

DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE SHIPPING?
We include shipping for all deliveries within a 50 mile radius of our Central New York facility. Outside of the 50 mile radius, shipping is approximately $2.00 per mile.

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY ON YOUR BUILDINGS?
Our aim is for you to be 100% satisfied. If you experience any problems with your building within the first 12 months of your delivery, contact us and we'll be happy to resolve your situation.

WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?
All of our display locations and sheds are open 24/7 for you to view (security cameras may be in operation). For inquiries and quotes, please give us a call or send an email.
